Pseudonymous analyst Rekt Capital shared insights with his 505,900 followers on the social media platform X, indicating that Bitcoin has entered the most explosive phase of its market cycle, as supported by historical trends.

Crypto traders refer to price discovery as a scenario where a cryptocurrency trades at unprecedented levels. Following a convincing breakout above the $91,070 mark, Rekt Capital suggests that Bitcoin is just beginning its bullish price discovery phase, drawing parallels with previous bull market cycles.

“Bitcoin is continuing its price discovery uptrend as per history. Bitcoin is still in the very early stages of this price discovery uptrend as well.”

In a recent YouTube strategy session, the analyst noted that while corrections are inevitable, Bitcoin is currently experiencing a “buy-the-dip” opportunity, with an altcoin season potentially on the horizon.

“Now we’re going to see this price discovery uptrend really start to emerge and flourish. But of course, at some point in the future, weeks away still, we’re going to have a multi-week price discovery correction, and even before then, we’re going to have dipping opportunities.”
