Bitcoin's Potential to Reach $3.5 Million: Expert Analysis

Thomas Fahrer, co-founder of Apollo, predicts Bitcoin (BTC) could soar to $3.5 million per coin by 2030. This bold projection is based on expectations of significant growth in global assets and increased adoption of Bitcoin as a store of value.
Fahrer's calculation assumes that Bitcoin will capture 5% of global assets, which are projected to reach $1,500 trillion by 2030. This would result in a price of approximately $3.5 million per BTC. However, he acknowledges that this is an ambitious estimate but argues that global asset inflation could exceed the forecasted 7% growth rate.
Even if Bitcoin only gains a 1% market share, it could still reach a value of over $714,000, an impressive 866% gain from its recent peak. This projection is supported by Michael Saylor's analysis, which highlights the current market cap of Bitcoin ($1 trillion) compared to gold ($16 trillion) and real estate ($330 trillion).
Currently, Bitcoin's price is rebounding, surpassing $69,400 with a 24-hour trading volume of $24.56 billion. Strong withdrawals from exchanges (over 75,000 BTC in the last week) indicate a potential supply shock that could further drive up the price.
