A Cautionary Note from a Top Crypto Strategist

A top crypto strategist believes that Bitcoin (BTC) and the broader crypto markets are on the brink of another correction before a sustainable recovery can occur.

The pseudonymous analyst known as The Flow Horse shares his insights with over 223,400 followers on the social platform X, noting that markets rarely reverse immediately after significant corrections.

On Monday, Bitcoin experienced a 15% drop, falling to $49,000, before bulls intervened, pushing the price back above $50,000. According to The Flow Horse, it is more probable that the markets will revisit lower levels before any substantial recovery takes place.

“After significant moves like this, we don’t often see a quick reversal unless there is news or an incredible imbalance of positioning. Neither are here. You are more than likely going to get a couple of chances to buy lower again, be patient and enjoy the volatility.”

Despite the recent downturn, The Flow Horse emphasizes that the introduction of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) marks a new era for Bitcoin and the crypto market.

“Even in all this, don’t lose the plot. ETFs are definitely closer to a beginning moment for this asset class than the end… Keep in mind, the integration of these products is still in its infancy, and we are likely to see massive market structure changes as a result.”

He also expresses a bullish outlook for the stock market, predicting it will rise in the coming months.

“My only firm belief is that six months from now, the stock market is higher and we are yapping about something else.”

As of now, Bitcoin is trading at $55,660.
