CleanSpark's Bitcoin Mining Update: 445 BTC Mined in June, Surpasses 20 EH/s Hashrate

CleanSpark Inc (NASDAQ: CLSK) announced its June 2024 Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) mining and operations update. The company mined 445 Bitcoin in June, bringing its year-to-date total to 3,614 Bitcoin. CleanSpark currently holds 6,591 Bitcoin after selling 8.06 Bitcoin last month at an average price of $67,514. The company achieved an average hashrate of 17.85 EH/s in June, exceeding its mid-year target of 20 EH/s. This surge in hashrate is attributed to the acquisition of five new Bitcoin mining sites in Georgia. CleanSpark's CEO, Zach Bradford, emphasized the company's focus on delivering results and increasing its Bitcoin mining hashrate and associated revenues. CleanSpark also provided an update on its acquisition of GRIID Infrastructure, with five turnkey sites in Georgia now operational. These sites provide 60 MW of data center infrastructure, with an expected 3.7 EH/s of total hashrate once fully deployed. As of June 30, 1.7 EH/s has been deployed, with the remaining hashrate expected to come online in July.
