Crypto Expert Warns: Bitcoin Could Drop Below $50,000 Before a Major Surge!

Bitcoin on the Brink?
A widely followed crypto analyst is issuing a warning about Bitcoin (BTC), suggesting that traders shouldn't dismiss the possibility of the price dropping below $50,000. Pseudonymous trader Kaleo, who boasts over 642,200 followers on X, believes that Bitcoin might dip into the high $40,000 to low $50,000 range before potentially soaring to new all-time highs by the end of the year.

“While I don’t think a wick to the high $40,000s should be ruled out, I think it’s more probabilistic to see a bottom after a flush to the low $50,000s. Either way – new ATHs (all-time highs) by EOY (end of year) or close to it.”
Kaleo’s analysis indicates that Bitcoin could skyrocket past $80,000 after finding support around the $50,000 level.
As of now, Bitcoin is trading at $54,084, down over 10% on the day.
Ethereum Insights
Kaleo has also made accurate predictions regarding Ethereum (ETH), forecasting a correction near the $2,400 mark. Currently, Ethereum is trading at $2,340. His chart suggests that after establishing support near $2,400, ETH could recover back above $4,000.
Dogecoin Analysis
Kaleo concludes his analysis with a focus on Dogecoin (DOGE), stating that while the recent dip may seem harsh, it presents a buying opportunity for those looking to acquire discounted tokens.
“I can see how this is perceived as painful – but IMO (in my opinion), it’s a gift. Is waiting until early 2025 for a full send really that long? Especially if you’re given another discount and several more months to stack.”
Currently, Dogecoin is trading at $0.0933, marking a 13.61% decrease on the day.
