U.S. Should Cut Funding to Nigeria Over Tigran Gambaryan's Detention

Tigran Gambaryan, head of crime compliance for Binance, has been wrongfully detained in Nigeria since February. The U.S. has remained silent on the issue, but should take action by withholding forfeited funds that are shared with Nigeria through the international sharing program. This would send a clear message to Nigeria that its actions are unacceptable and incentivize the release of Gambaryan, an American citizen.
